The planet is 3/4 the size of Earth's martian neighbor. Extremely erratic climate and constant meteor bombardment makes it unsuitable for human habitation.

Not bad, the explosion looks great. The only issues i see are, the stars are way to noisy looking, you might wanna thin them out a bit. Also, the moon doesnt appear to have the same light source as the planet, too much of the surface is visible. You might also consider getting rid of the ring around the planet, you never see that in real life from one light source.

I dont see how this falls under the wallpaper category seeing as how its virtacle but its still a good peice regardless. Good job man.

Well this is one of my earlier works. I do plan to make changes with this deviation. And you're right, there are LOTS of stars lol! But thanks so much for the comments. ;)

Great final product! I agree with mjtfreeze, I could definitely see this in a game intro, or even a movie intro, at that.
